On the evening of January 2nd, Broomall Fire Co. along with EMS units from Media Fire Co. & Riddle Hospital ALSU were alerted to a vehicle accident with entrapment in the 1200blk of Cedar Grove Road, Marple Twp.  Chief 53 arrived to find a sedan sitting atop a large boulder just off the side of the roadway with the three occupants out of the vehicle.  Two of the occupants were treated & transported to a local trauma center for non-life threatening injuries.   Squad & Engine 53 assisted EMS in addition to hazard and debris control.  The cause of the accident is under investigation by Marple Police.
